Originally from N.Y.C., Tampa Bay saxophonist Eric Santiago has lived in Florida since 1990. After a long hiatus Ric is back on the scene bringing music lovers the best in classic pop, soul and r&b in a cool, smooth jazz setting. While private bookings take up most of the calender, he can also be seen at various Tampa Bay hot spots such as the 42nd St. Bistro, International Plaza's Piazza Roma and Blue Martini, as a soloist or backing up some of Tampa Bay's hottest acts... and speaking of hot acts, in addition to the local events, Ric will have the pleasure of playing with grammy winning, percussionist and super vocalist Millie Puente.

As part of her group, he will serve as saxophonist, vocalist and percussionist. This awesome array of musicians will be pumping out the hot dance jams of the 70's and 80's with just a touch of salsa to mark the bond between Tito Puente and niece Millie.

As a soloist, Ric covers the music of a wide variety of artists including Stevie Wonder, Carole King, Tony Bennett, Eagles, Bonnie Raitt, Johnny Mathis, Natalie Cole, Earth, Wind and Fire, Sarah McLaughlin, Marvin Gaye, and Billie Holiday to name a few.
